Dr Vivak Shah

Principal Dentist

Dr Shah joined the practice in 2015 as an associate, then a partner and most recently a principal in October 2016. He understands the needs of the local community and knows many of the patients. He is a member of the GDC, BDA, Royal college of surgeons and local dental committee for Northamptonshire and is involved in education and facilitation with several university institutions. He enjoys all aspects of clinical care with a special interest in prevention, patient education implants to replace missing teeth. In addition, he has over the years developed an interest in teaching and is certified by Oxford Brooks University to teach post graduate doctors and dentists. Outside of dentistry, he has a keen sporting interest and enjoys travelling to learn different cultures.

Fahd Khan

Associate Dentist

Fahd joined the practice in 2017, as an associate. He has graduated with honours from Charles University in Prague as a Doctor of Dental Medicine in 2010.  He has since completed courses in advanced cosmetics, short term braces as well as implantology with Nobel Biocare in Cambridge. He is passionate about helping to change the image of modern dentistry, and has recently become a mentor for newly qualified overseas dentists, which will allow him to promote a positive brand of dentistry.  He is a strong believer in prevention and focuses his skills in providing minimally invasive dentistry. He enjoys cosmetic dentistry. Outside of dentistry, he plays various sports, loves to travel, enjoys music and spending time with his young family.

Kiran Patel

Associate Dentist

Kiran joined the practice in 2020 as an associate, Kiran qualified in 2010 with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery   from the University of Manchester. Kiran had previously gained her Bachelor of Science degree In Human Biology from Kings College London.
Kiran has an interest in minimally invasive cosmetic dentistry and has attended courses including the Christopher Orr course in Cosmetic Dentistry and Aesthetic Restorative Dentistry in London. Kiran also has a particular interest in orthodontics and is certified in Invisalign. Kiran is passionate about keeping up to date with the latest techniques in dentistry, providing the very best care for her patients.
Away from dentistry, Kiran loves to spend time with her friends and family, doting particularly on her two young daughters.

Louise Hale

Hygienist

Louise has been with the practice since January 1995. She has a Certificate in Proficiency of Dental Hygiene which she obtained from Eastman Dental Hospital in April 1992. She enjoys helping patients to improve oral hygiene and relax in their surroundings. She is very approachable. Outside of work, Louise enjoys playing pool, travelling, socializing with friends, going to gigs and walking her dog.

Pooja Kothary

Associate Dentist

Pooja graduated from Cardiff University in 2019. After qualifying, she worked at Princess Royal Hospital in Telford gaining further experience in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Following this, she worked at Kings College Hopsital in London gaining experience in various aspects of restorative dentistry. 
 
She is passionate about all aspects of dentistry and committed to providing exceptional patient care. Pooja is dedicated to expanding her skills and knowledge to ensure she delivers the best possible treatment for her patients. In her free time, she loves to travel and immerse herself in different cultures. She’s also a keen foodie, enjoying both cooking and trying out new recipes.

Ryan Khinda

Associate Dentist

Dr Ryan Khinda qualified from Silesia University of Medicine, Poland in 2020. Since then, he has undertaken additional training in endodontics (root canal treatment), advanced training in facial aesthetics including: dermal fillers, anti-wrinkle treatments, skin boosters, medical grade skincare as well phlebotomy and PRF treatments to help hair restoration in those suffering from hair loss. 

Ryan has a keen interest in endodontics and oral surgery. 

His easy and open communication style helps to make his patients feel more comfortable in what can otherwise be an anxiety inducing environment. This has helped turn many nervous patients into happy attendees! Outside of work Ryan enjoys keeping fit, Muay Thai boxing, travelling and spending time with family. 

Andrew McSweeney

Associate Dentist

Special Interest in Endodontics. BDS, MJDF RCS (Eng), PG Cert (Restorative) MSc (Endodontic Practice)

Andy qualified from the University of Birmingham in 2012. He has developed a special interest in endodontics (root canal treatment), culminating in the completion of a 3-year master’s degree in Endodontic Practice at Barts and The London School of Dentistry. 

As a result, his practice is now completely limited to endodontics, accepting referrals from local practices for more complex endodontic cases. Andy particularly enjoys the privilege in taking time to develop trust with patients, and is passionate about treating people in a gentle and caring manner to dispel preconceptions of root canal treatment.

Andy is originally from Rugby but now lives in Northamptonshire with his wife Nicola and son George. He is a voracious reader, burger connoisseur and history nerd.

Shannon Lowe

Shannon grew up in Surrey where she worked as a Dental nurse for 10 years before studying at the University of Portsmouth where she achieved a 1st Class honours Degree in Dental Hygiene and Dental therapy in 2020. She lives now with her partner locally, they are currently renovating a narrow boat and plan to live on the beautiful River Nene. 
 
Shannon is passionate about oral health and empowering her patients to have the skills and confidence to lead healthy lives with healthy mouths. Not only is shannon devoted to educating her patients but also has a dream to teach Dental Hygiene Therapy students in the future.

Anupama Prakash

Anupama, is a GDC-registered Dental Therapist and a qualified dentist in India with three years of specialist training in Pediatric Dentistry.
She is passionate about providing oral healthcare to children and enjoy working with kids, including those with special healthcare needs.
Previously, she worked as a Senior Lecturer in India, where she loved teaching Pediatric Dentistry to undergraduate dental students.
In 2021, she moved to the UK, where she now live with her husband. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, watching movies and experimenting with new cooking recipes.
