Dr Shah joined the practice in 2004 as a trainee and has transitioned into an associate, then a partner and most recently a principal in December 2009. He therefore understands the needs of the local community and knows most of the patients. He is a member of the GDC, BDA, Royal college of surgeons and local dental committee for Northamptonshire and is involved in education and facilitation with several university institutions. He enjoys all aspects of clinical care with a special interest in prevention, patient education implants to replace missing teeth. In addition, he has over the years developed an interest in teaching and is certified by Oxford Brooks University to teach post graduate doctors and dentists. Outside of dentistry, he has a keen sporting interest and enjoys travelling to learn different cultures.

Karina joined the practice as an associate in 2017. She has graduated from Queen Mary university of London. She enjoys all aspects of dentistry and is looking forward to enhancing her skills in providing the best possible patient care. She enjoys travelling to different countries and experiencing different cuisines. She loves to bake in her spare time.

Judith Husband

Judith joined our practice in 2017, she qualified in Liverpool and after undertaking two years postgraduate training settled in Northamptonshire. For over twenty years she has worked in general practice, committed to providing prevention based dental care to her patients. In addition to providing clinical care Judith is the Managing Director of her own consultancy company and a trustee of the Oral and Dental Research Trust. She is a keen advocate for the dental profession and patients, a past deputy Chair of the British Dental Association and current member of Northamptonshire Local Dental Committee

Faizan Naseem

Faizan gained his dental degree from The University of Leeds and joined the team at Weedon in 2019. He is keen on developing his skills in all aspects of dentistry and has recently undertaken training to provide facial aesthetic treatment (botox and lip fillers) as well orthodontic treatment (straightening the teeth) with the use of Invisalign. Faizan is keen on providing the best possible care to his patients using a holistic and patient centred approach, always putting you first.

Tarwinder Devgn

Tarwinder (aka) Tav, has worked at Weedon Dental Surgery over the past few years. She qualified in 2009 as a Dental Hygiene/Therapist at Birmingham University. She has a calm and caring nature and gets great satisfaction from helping her patients overcome fears and anxieties related to dentistry. Her aim is to teach and improve her patients oral heath through evidence based care. Tav is committed to give her patients a first class service whilst sustaining her ‘ Continued professional Development programme through her membership to societies. Tav is married with two children her interest include reading, travelling and keeping fit.

Arjun Patel

Arjun qualified from the University of Bristol in 2017 and joined the practice soon afterwards. He has a keen interest is cosmetic dentistry, having knowledge of multiple orthodontic systems to give patients the smile they deserve. In addition, he is undertaking training in intravenous sedation to help anxious patients overcome their fear of dentistry. In his spare time Arjun enjoys playing and watching all sports and spending time with friends and family

Fahd Khan

Fahd joined the practice in 2017, as an associate. He has graduated with honours from Charles University in Prague as a Doctor of Dental Medicine in 2010.  He has since completed courses in advanced cosmetics, short term braces as well as implantology with Nobel Biocare in Cambridge. He is passionate about helping to change the image of modern dentistry, and has recently become a mentor for newly qualified overseas dentists, which will allow him to promote a positive brand of dentistry.  He is a strong believer in prevention and focuses his skills in providing minimally invasive dentistry. He enjoys cosmetic dentistry. Outside of dentistry, he plays various sports, loves to travel, enjoys music and spending time with his growing family.”

Kiran Patel

Kiran joined the practice in 2020 as an associate, Kiran qualified in 2010 with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery   from the University of Manchester. Kiran had previously gained her Bachelor of Science degree In Human Biology from Kings College London.
Kiran has an interest in minimally invasive cosmetic dentistry and has attended courses including the Christopher Orr course in Cosmetic Dentistry and Aesthetic Restorative Dentistry in London. Kiran also has a particular interest in orthodontics and is certified in Invisalign. Kiran is passionate about keeping up to date with the latest techniques in dentistry, providing the very best care for her patients.
Away from dentistry, Kiran loves to spend time with her friends and family, doting particularly on her two young daughters.

Dr Sabina Marwari

Sabina joined the practice in 2019, as an associate. She studied at Charles University in Prague and graduated in 2010 as a Doctor of Dental Medicine. Her interests lie in oral surgery and paediatric dentistry. She has a warm and sensitive nature that invites patients to feel at ease, enabling her to create rapport with anxious patients. She is an enthusiastic and dynamic member of the dental team whose goals are to provide excellent dental care for the whole family. Outside of dentistry, she loves travelling, hiking, baking and spending time with her 2 young boys.

Louise Hale

Louise has been with the practice since January 1995. She has a Certificate in Proficiency of Dental Hygiene which she obtained from Eastman Dental Hospital in April 1992. She enjoys helping patients to improve oral hygiene and relax in their surroundings. She is very approachable. Outside of work, Louise enjoys playing pool, travelling, socializing with friends, going to gigs and walking her dog.

Alisa Chauhan

Alisa graduated in 2017 from Cardiff University with a BSc in Dental Hygiene and Therapy. Previous to this, she was a trained dental nurse for many years.
Following graduation, Alisa had an article published in the Dental Update Journal about the impact of ‘fad diets’ on dental health. Alisa has worked in a range of settings including private and NHS practices. She is now based in the Community Dental Services in Solihull for 4 days a week, treating patients under Special Care who struggle accessing regular dental practices. This involves Alisa working at many schools and clinics across the area, as well as carrying out domiciliary visits to patients.
Due to this wide range of experience, Alisa is skilled at helping anxious and medically compromised patients, enabling them to feel comfortable and relaxed during their treatment. Alisa’s main focus is treating and preventing dental disease, and she enjoys educating patients to better their oral health.
Outside of work, Alisa enjoys travelling and experiencing different parts of the world, as well as spending time with her friends and family.
