SavingSmiles

The Care Quality Commission (CQC) is a government body that ensures healthcare service providers (which include Hospitals, Care homes, GPs, Dentists) are meeting the necessary standards of compliance and safety that all patients should expect to receive. They seek to validate that we are conducting our business in a manner that is safe, effective, caring, responsive, and well-led. Also, check that we are meeting essential training requirements for our teams.

Both of our practices are CQC registered to provide services.

Saving Smiles Rushden recently had a CQC inspection and we are pleased to announce that we passed in all the standards they measure.

CQC judge services against the national standards which are the standards that people can expect when receiving health or social care.

At Saving Smiles, we take our responsibilities very seriously. We provide excellent patient care, follow rigorous compliance and cross-infection actions, and stay committed to providing wide-ranging training through our dedicated training support network.

We recognise the importance of these matters and we care about the well-being of patients under our care.

We hope you experience the positive service you expect when visiting our dental practices.

If you have any concerns please do not hesitate to contact us or leave us some feedback directly on here.
